HOLIDAY STROLL ACTIVITIES-more added each week!

  • Live music: 5-5:30 Band Gig, 5:30-6pm Dedham Middle School students will perform songs from their upcoming play Mary Poppins Jr, 6-6:30 Dedham High School band & Dedham School of Music

  • Get inside a giant inflatable snow globe and take the perfect holiday picture! Snowglobe located on Eastern Ave. and High St.

  • Find the Snowflake! Spot snowflake flyers in shops around the Square—complete the hunt and win a prize!

  • Vote for your favorite holiday window display! All voters will be entered into a free raffle for a gift basket of goodies from Dedham Square shops.

  • First Church & Parish Dedham Carolers will be caroling around the Square

  • A free craft for kids will be at the DSC craft table from 5-7pm

  • Santa, Mrs Claus and Elfie arrive to light the tree at 6:30pm

  • Join us in honoring retiring Dedham Square Circle Board President, Ryan McDermott, for over a decade of service (at stage at 6:30)

  • After the tree lighting at 6:45pm, Santa, Mrs Claus & Elfie will head over to a new location this year, TLC Studios (390 Washington St) where you can take pictures.

  • Toy and Model trains on display at the Dedham Museum & Archive (612 High St) on Friday 5-8pm and Saturday 10-2.

  • Blue Bunny Bookstore (577 High St) will have treats for kids. Bring a toy or buy a gift certificate for kids in need benefitting Dedham Youth Commission.

  • Love & Grace Girls (593 High St) open house with mocktails and treats!

  • Terma Goods (644 High St) Nordic Spiced Mulled wine, cookies plus free gift wrapping!

  • Boston General Store (626 High St) will have free apple cider, cookies & Alpine old Fashioned drinks. Don’t forget to drop off a letter to Santa to the special mailbox.
