Executive function is essential for managing behavior, completing tasks, and adapting to new situations. Many people struggle with executive function at some point in their lives due to ADHD, autism, depression, and grief. Through one-to-one coaching, clients can better cope with executive function difficulties. Executive function skills can be developed throughout a lifetime. Mindfulness practices can aid in strengthening executive function. My practice focuses on young adults (age 17 to 40).
