Volunteers are needed throughout the season to help lend a hand with our 2011 Farmers Market. The market runs every Wednesday from 12-6 from June 15 - October 25. Volunteer Jobs: - Set Up - involves heavy lifting, setting up tents, chairs and tables. 2 volunteers are needed to arrive at 11 a.m. to help for 1 hour.
- Kids Activity Table - a volunteer is needed to staff our Kids Activity Table to show young children how to do art/craft projects. Two volunteers needed anytime between 12-6 p.m. for anywhere between 1-3 hours each.
- Break-down - involves heavy lifting, breaking down tables/chairs, boxing up brochures, taking down signage. 2 volunteers are needed to arrive at 6 p.m. to help for 1 hour.
- Postering - Posting Farmers Market fliers around Dedham Square and in key locations in Dedham and surrounding towns Two hours needed early in the of June 6. Time is flexible.
