Dedham Square Trivia – Although there were some good guesses, no one got the answer to our last trivia question right! The significance of the word “Salem” in Salem Food Market’s name is that it is named for Salem Street in Boston’s north end. If you haven’t yet tried SFM’s authentic Italian cuisine, you don’t know what you are missing. It’s like having a little piece of the north end right here in Dedham. Our Trivia Contest will resume with the return of The Scoop in September.
Are You a Member? - Please support our revitalization efforts in the Square by joining/renewing as a member today. Receive special discounts at participating Square merchants. Last week a couple of Canada geese landed at our farmers market to check it out for themselves. After their short visit, they headed towards route 1 but thanks to Farmers Market Manager, Joanna Hamblin, who ran to their rescue, our fine-feathered friends were safely escorted away.
